These terms and conditions aim to define the terms and conditions for placing orders, payment, and delivery between the website www.kashmire2889561843569591987.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Site") and the customer.

Products

All products sold on the website www.kashmire2889561843569591987.com are offered while stocks last. The products available on the site are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, if any errors or omissions have occurred in this presentation, the company Kashmire cannot be held responsible. The photographs of the products offered may have slight variations (colors, sizes, shape).

Order process

The customer can select items from our product range and add them to their shopping cart. By clicking on the "Order" button, the customer finalizes the order of the products in the cart. Before finalizing an order, the customer can view and modify the details of their order at any time. It is also mandatory to accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing an order. Placing your order constitutes a sales contract between the customer and the company, subject to the availability of the ordered products. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer confirming receipt and details of the order.

Shipping and delivery

All our parcels are shipped via La Poste services. Shipping costs for any order placed in mainland France are fixed and indicated by the seller in the form completed during the order. The seller undertakes to process the order within thirty days from the day following validation of the order. The indicated deadlines are average deadlines and correspond to the processing, preparation and shipping times of the order (warehouse dispatch). They run from the validation of the order.

Sending

All purchased items are shipped within 20 business days of ordering, although most are shipped within 10 to 12 business days. Due to high demand, your delivery may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. If you still haven't received your purchase after 30 days, please contact us via the contact form.

Responsibility

Kashmir is not liable for any loss or damage you may incur if such loss or damage results from force majeure, is attributable to the unforeseeable act of a third party, or is attributable to you. If the customer's address is incorrect, Kashmir cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.

Right of return

The Kashmire website does not offer full refunds for orders.
We offer a size exchange service in case of error and/or a return in the form of a credit voucher corresponding to the total value of the ordered product. This voucher is valid indefinitely on our website. All consumers have a 14-day period to request a return or size exchange, without having to justify the reason or pay any penalties, except for return shipping costs.
This deadline is extended to the following first business day if it expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday. Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, along with the order number.

Price and payment terms

Product prices are displayed in euros. For orders destined for countries outside the European Union, customs fees will be charged to the customer upon delivery.

Secure payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering and is made by credit card via the secure system provided by the payment provider Stripe Payments Europe, Limited. Payment in installments is not accepted.

Warranties and after-sales service

All products sold on the website benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Article L211-4 of the Consumer Code), allowing the user to return defective or non-compliant products. For any non-compliant product, you can contact us via the contact form to find a solution.

Intellectual property
